One-bedroom bungalow on Elizabeth Street

A 1940s bungalow kept as it was where it mattered and brought up to date where it did not — original pine floors and picture rails, a rebuilt kitchen, and a window unit replaced with proper central air last spring. The yard is fenced and shaded by a live oak. Two blocks from South First.
