About the practice
Juniper Row
Juniper Row is a rental brokerage working south and east of the river, from Bouldin Creek out to Govalle. We keep a deliberately short list: around thirty homes at a time, each one visited, measured and photographed by someone on this team before it goes up.
We price to rent, not to flatter an owner, and we publish the deposit, the utilities and the pet policy on the listing rather than in a phone call. If a property is gone we take it down the same day.
